It was one of the more hesitant online purchases I have made both because of the price and because of the uncertainty of the quality of the product I was buying. The ring was shipped overnight air (as all diamonds from amazon are) so it arrived early the next day. The first thing I did was to bring the ring to a jeweler to evaluate the quality. Both the color and clarity he reviewed the diamond as were identical to what was specified by amazon. No two diamonds are alike so I would highly recommend getting the diamond evaluated after a purchase just to be sure you get what you pay for. As for my fiancee she was thrilled with the ring and loves the simple traditional look.
