Being easily noticeable (but not too bulky) is important to me, as I'll want people to know that I'm married without having to look too hard! The 3mm size is small enough to be noticeable without disappearing under my engagement ring, but it's not so large that it takes away from it or adds bulk, either. It's perfect!
