Smaller, local jewelers had very nice rings but nothing in my size in stock and they couldn't accommodate my failure to plan for this detail. Some of the big chains had what I was looking for but were just as slow to accommodate my size and time constraints. When I placed the order I inadvertently clicked to have it sent to my old address. When I realized this I emailed their customer service and requested that they send it to my current address. They changed everything lickety-split and I got my ring in a couple of days. The ring was exactly as described and I am very pleased with the customer service.
