(More customer reviews)I think each jewel with diamonds should include (*free*) appraisal certification by the vendor, especially if it's 1.00CT or above.
I had already rated this item with 4 stars (prompt answer during the purchase phase, the missing cert was the only flaw), and asked Pompeii3 for the cert. A Pompeii3 representative "kindly" answered that the cert was not included in the original price (additional $25), but available for free after a 5 stars rate. After mentioning that I had already rated them with 4 stars, they answered I was not entitled to get this cert...very bad... :(
