(More customer reviews)I ordered the ring for Christmas in a size 8. My order was placed when it was questionable if I would receive it in time, but I took a chance. I did receive it in plenty of time before Christmas, and was pleased with the quality and look of the ring. I gave it to my granddaughter who loved it, however it was too small. I couldn't believe that she would take larger than a size 8, but returned the ring and asked for a size 9 instead. (Maybe they had different measurements?) About 4 days later I received a call from Western Jewelers explaining that the size which was sent was a size 6, so did I want the size 8 instead. He was very apologetic for the error, and promised to send out the replacement in two days. I received the new ring on January 15, and my granddaughter was delighted, it fit and she loves it.
Even though there was an error on their part for sending the wrong size, they admitted and corrected the problem in a timely manner.
I recommend this company and would use them again myself.
