Two local Jewelers quoted me prices of between $900 to $1,100 depending on the current price of gold, especially since I wanted 18kt and not the cheaper blended 14kt gold. The 18kt has more weight or heft to it and being a man I wanted that feeling of having real gold on me. When I checked on Amazon, I was shocked at the price and it is the very same ring. I was worried that this one would be hollow or cheaply made, but it is perfect, it came in a beautiful jewelry felt pouch to keep it from scratching. This was really one of the last bargains and almost a steal at this price.
