The band my husband bought is not as wide as this one and I LOVE the width of this band. I've worn it for many days in a row so some of the initail shine has worn off which is a good thing. If you're ordering this ring in hopes of passing it off as platinum, I would advise against it. This is a ring you wear when you don't want to get your real one banged up, stolen, or you just want a different look.
P.S. I found it true to size.
