The inside of the band is also convex (rounded out), so consider ordering a half to one size bigger than your usual size. We had to do this very close to our wedding date, and the service was expedient and excellent.
The color of the Tungsten is lighter than it looks on the Amazon.com image, but not by much. I am mostly a traditionalist when it comes to jewelry ("silver or gold and that's it"), so I had to think outside the box when it came to considering this metal for a wedding band. I am glad I did because it is actually much prettier when you're holding it in your hand. If you have an appreciation for simple, well crafted and beautiful little things, you will be delighted even as you open the box.
This band has a nice wide comfortable fit, it sits at the base of your finger well and won't shake off easily. You can also feel a good weight from it making you feel like you'll definitely have a solid ring for a lifetime.
These rings were perfect for us, they look great on both a woman's and a man's hand, and I don't see a disappointment for anyone having these, even those with a discerning taste for a more expensive wedding band. This will be a long lasting band to take down along generations, no doubt.
