A real live person answers the phone when you call customer service! My problem is that the sterling silver ring turned my finger green the first week I was married. It's fine now but for one tiny place and you really have to look for it. None of my other sterling jewelry does that. But it's a fun ring. Everyone thinks it's real and I can pretend it is now that my finger's back to normal. Also, my finger is a 5 and 1/2 so it's a little bigger than my engagement ring. It would have been nice if it had come in 1/2 sizes but I guess that wouldn't work with the stones all the way around the band. A lovely ring visually though!
