(More customer reviews)I purchased this item I believe a little over 2 months ago. At first it was really nice, my husband loved it. Now however, the ring has clouded and is impossible to clean in a normal jewelry cleaner. The ring causes my husbands finger to bleed on an everyday basis now for some reason. He has no allergies or anything like that and the ring is not too small. It causes his skin to peel off and has caused a horrible rash. There is no "24k" marking on the inside of it so I'm questioning it's authenticity. I tried to contact the seller a few days ago and still no reply. I had no choice but to file a claim. My email to seller on July 29, 2010:I purchased your ring a few months ago for my husband. Now the ring is very cloudy and starting to make my husbands finger bleed. I'm not sure but when we try to clean it with product it doesn't work. I'm starting to think it's not real because the quality seems to be pretty poor.
