We didn't think the bands were going to work (we forgot to up-size due to the width) I placed a second order, they issued pre-paid call tags and the rings were scheduled to arrive before our date. It turns out the first set we ordered did work-I left a voice mail after hours to cancel the second order prior to processing, they did so and did it without question or argument and responded promptly to my voice mail via e-mail. We are very pleased with our rings and would recommend this seller and product to everyone.
