(More customer reviews)This ring was beautiful, but there was a big stone missing. It was so obvious that I saw it WITHOUT MY READING GLASSES (and I wear 225 strength). Nobody at this company bothered to look at the ring before they sent it out. I even searched the packing for the stone in case it fell out in transit (0 stone found). When I read the awesome reviews on this seller, someone said they got a ring missing a stone and they called the company and got another ring sent out even before they returned the original. So imagine my surprise when I could not find a phone number for the seller. When your living depends on selling jewelry, the person who pulls it, checks it and mails it out is the MOST IMPORTANT part of the process. When they screw up, it is NO SALE. It was a lovely ring at a REALLY great price, but I guess you get what you pay for!!!
