(More customer reviews)the only trouble i had with this ring was the sizing. i know that inherently you run into sizing problems when ordering jewelery online, however this was compounded by the fact that west coast jewelery doesn't always supply the exact same ring. i ordered my first ring which was much too large, so i ordered another ring down a size. the second ring wasn't exactly the same as the first ring - the inside was much less comfort fit, and therefore was tighter than an exact replacement ring would have been. so how should you size your order? well, if you receive the ring with the *really* comfort fit inside, then i'd say order down a half size. if you receive the ring i got as a replacement, then i'd say order true to size. unfortunately i can't tell you which ring they're going to ship you. see the problem?
that said, west coast jewelery was always responsive and timely with handling my orders, and had no problem with exchanges. customer service is good.
as for the ring itself? i don't see how you can really beat these rings, especially for the price. it looks fantastic, and i can't scratch it for the life of me. i've worn it to the gym multiple times and hauled around hefty dumbbells with metal handles - not a scratch. not even the tiniest whisper of a scratch. this really suprised me - i really thought i was going to see scratches afterward. even my old 6/6/2 titanium ring took small scratches like crazy. if you want a ring that stays shiny, this is it.
and in case you're wondering, it looks and feels like a very high quality ring. don't let the price fool you into thinking it may look or feel cheap. they're very nice rings.

over the past few months this ring has developed a haze that cannot be polished off. some googling revealed that when tungsten rings are made with a less expensive cobalt binder, this is the result. i would recommend purchasing a tungsten band that specifically says it is not made with cobalt.
