Despite the AMAZON profile of the item CLEARLY stating that the item can be sized, & seller verifying that before it was purchased, when it was sized by a reputable local jeweler the ring cracked & a stone was lost. I'm not talking a major upsize here either, it only had to go up a 1/4 - 1/2 size. The jeweler was considerate & unlike the selling company took responsiblity for the damamge and repaired the ring free of charge, including replacing the stone (some companies still believe in customer service). Well guess what, they took responsibility for something that wasn't even their fault. Before the ring was worn for 5 minutes after picking it up we noticed that there was a crooked stone. Upon closer inspection it was revealed that there was yet another crack in the "metal" of the ring. You could get a better quality ring, as far as the "metal" goes, out of those gumball type machines at the front of a grocery store!!!! AT LEAST THEN YOU WOULD ONLY BE OUT $.50 NOT $100 WHEN THE THING FALLS APART!!! THE RING WAS ONLY 6 MONTHS OLD AT THE TIME THIS ALL HAPPENED!!!!! IT HAD BEEN WORN A SUM TOTAL OF 1 WEEK... BETWEEN THE TIME IT TOOK TO GET IT SIZED THE 1ST TIME, THE TIME IT TOOK (WEEKS) TO FIX IT SINCE A STONE HAD TO BE SPECIALLY ORDERED, IT WAS HARDLY WORN AT ALL!!!!
Various members of my family have had all manner of rings over the years & have had EVERY SINGLE ONE SIZED REGARDLESS OF DESIGN. The company that sold this worthless piece of garbage should be run right out of business. NO WHERE ON MY RECEIPT OR THE LITERATURE THAT THEY SENT ME WITH THE RING DOES IT STATE THAT RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS NO WHERE AT ALL...BUT THAT'S WHAT THEY ARE SAYING NOW THAT THEY KNOW THAT I KNOW THAT THEIR PRODUCTS ARE GARBAGE!!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE JUST A FACTORY FULL OF CROOKS!!!!

AMAZON SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, I HAVE TO SAY I WILL NEVER ORDER ANOTHER PIECE OF JEWELRY FROM AN AMAZON VENDOR, THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T SCREEN THEIR VENDORS WELL ENOUGH TO BE TRUSTED!!! WE WILL GO BACK TO BUYING STRICTLY BOOKS ETC & ONLY FROM AMAZON ITSELF!!!!! I LIKE DEALING WITH COMPANIES THAT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL!!!!
