(More customer reviews)I always wanted an Asscher cut diamond but they were out of my price range (search in Amazon's loose diamonds section and you'll see!). This CZ has a lovely cut, is clear and very fiery. I compared it next to my smaller princess cut engagement ring of excellent quality, and I would hardly be able to tell the CZ from the diamond! The stone is not so large as to look "fake" but big enough to take advantage of the Asscher cut's facets. I can wear it out to dinner and not worry about a real stone, but also not attract too much attention. Also, the setting is relatively low, so you don't have a stone that's going to catch on everything and drive you nuts. The band is on the thin side (appropriate to a solitaire) but lovely, and made mirror-shiny by the rhodium plating. It ran true to size. The ring was attractively presented in a black velvet ring box, packed well, and shipped on the same day ordered. Very happy with the seller and have purchased additional pieces from them.
