(More customer reviews)I ordered a pack of 12 ring size adjusters to fit a U.S. Marine Mother's ring, which my son bought me after graduating basic training. The type of metal the rings are made of cannot be resized. After receiving the resizes I found that the end tips, which should wrap around the band are "very" short. They would not even wrap half way around the band. I contacted the seller so I could return them and was told they were not returnable, and was then told I must not know how to use them and should take them to a jeweler to have them properly placed. It does not take a rocket scientist to place a ring size adjuster on a band! I was very displeased with this seller, and the worst part was "he did not care if I was displeased"
