(More customer reviews)I ordered the aquamarine ring as an anniversay present. The ring arrived very quickly, packaged well with all paperwork included. However, the ring that arrived was colorless. I contacted the company and returned the ring for a replacement. Poor communication on both sides resulted in receiving yet another colorless ring. I returned the ring again, this time with the proper paperwork. The company promptly sent me another ring. When the ring did not arrive, I contacted UPS and discovered the package had been damaged and ring was stolen. I contacted the company, again, and they bent over backward to ensure I received a replacement, to my satisfaction (calling my home 3 times to make sure my order was exactly what I wanted). They paid for all shipping costs on all shipments. The ring is beautiful and the company went well above and beyond in customer service and satisfaction.
